Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We take great pride in the quality of our products; however, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Please find our policy regarding returns and refunds below.


1. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, we are committed to making it right through a replacement or a refund.

Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement: To protect both the customer and the brand, an uncut unboxing video is strictly required to process any claims for defects or damages.

  • The Video Must:
    • Show the package from all sides before opening to prove it is sealed.
    • Clearly show the shipping label and tracking number.
    • Show the entire unboxing process from start to finish without any cuts, pauses, or edits.
    • Clearly highlight the defect or damage found on the product.
  • Failure to provide a valid, uncut unboxing video will result in the rejection of the claim.

2. General Return Conditions

  • Timeframe: You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery regarding any issues.
  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unused, and with all original packaging (including pouches, boxes, and certificates) intact.
  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as earrings or customized/personalized orders cannot be returned unless they arrive defective.

3. Refund Process

  • Inspection: Once we receive your return, it will undergo a quality check.
  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping Costs: Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. If the return is due to our error (wrong item or defect), we will cover the return shipping costs.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start the process, please email our support team with the following:

  1. Your Order Number.
  2. A brief description of the issue.
  3. The Uncut Unboxing Video (attached or via a secure link).

Color & Appearance Disclaimer We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, please note that the actual colors of the jewelry may vary slightly due to photographic lighting sources, professional studio setups, or your individual monitor settings. Natural textures and stone patterns may also vary slightly, making each piece unique.

Secure Return Packaging When returning an item, the customer is responsible for ensuring the product is packed securely. The item remains the responsibility of the customer until it is successfully delivered to us. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot process refunds for items that are lost or damaged during the return transit due to inadequate packaging.

Reporting Window To ensure a swift resolution, all issues regarding defects or incorrect items must be reported via our official contact channels (Email/WhatsApp) within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp. Reports made after this window may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
