PAYMENT POLICY

All payments must be made in full at the time of placing your order.
We accept secure online payments through trusted gateways (UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, wallets).
Prices are displayed in INR (₹) and may change without prior notice.
Orders will only be processed once payment is successfully completed.

PERSONALISATION POLICY

Customized or personalized jewelry (name engravings, special sizes, or made-to-order designs) cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled once confirmed.
Please ensure all personalization details are entered correctly at the time of order, as Kimtie Jewels will not be responsible for errors provided by the customer.
Production time for personalized items may vary and will be communicated during checkout.

SHIPMENT POLICY

We currently ship only within India.
Orders are typically dispatched within 24–48 hours of confirmation.
Delivery usually takes 5–7 business days, depending on the shipping location.
Shipping charges (if any) will be shown at checkout.
Kimtie Jewels is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, festivals, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We do not accept returns.
Exchanges are allowed only if the delivered product is defective or damaged.
To claim an exchange, a clear packaging video before opening the parcel is mandatory.
Without video proof, no exchange requests will be entertained.
Personalized or customized products are strictly non-exchangeable.
