PAYMENT POLICY

PERSONALISATION POLICY

  • Customized or personalized jewelry (name engravings, special sizes, or made-to-order designs) cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled once confirmed.

  • Please ensure all personalization details are entered correctly at the time of order, as Kimtie Jewels will not be responsible for errors provided by the customer.

  • Production time for personalized items may vary and will be communicated during checkout.

SHIPMENT POLICY

  • We currently ship only within India.

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 24–48 hours of confirmation.

  • Delivery usually takes 5–7 business days, depending on the shipping location.

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be shown at checkout.

  • Kimtie Jewels is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, festivals, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances.

EXCHANGE POLICY

  • We do not accept returns.

  • Exchanges are allowed only if the delivered product is defective or damaged.

  • To claim an exchange, a clear packaging video before opening the parcel is mandatory.

  • Without video proof, no exchange requests will be entertained.

  • Personalized or customized products are strictly non-exchangeable.
